From Jay A. Ziehm II I want to thank everyone in the group, it was truly a blessing for me. More than I can honestly say. The group got me out of the house and be active. There were too many times I would go to work, come home and sit in a dark room. I literally would not even turn on a light. Not even to shower, (there was a street light outside the bathroom window that gave enough light to see). Meals consisted of just enough to keep from dying. I was really in a depressed state and I still fight it on a daily basis. Wisconsin was a good choice for me and it is helping. But the point is Impact Singles helped me more than I let on, and I made some friends in the process.
